Rep. Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM): “I Always Wanted To Reprise What My Father, Chuck Padilla, Started”

House Republican candidates across the country on election night saw their party take back their chamber…but Democrats made big gains.

So what’s next for the new House majority?

FOX’s Jeff Flock has more details on the Democrats’ strategy…

With Dems controlling the House, immigration is where they’re going to focus. They have lawmakers are pushing for more funding for President Trump’s border wall and denying his goal of an executive order.

President Trump, who campaigned as a big voice for the forgotten men and women, will face opposition when he makes his first joint address to Congress.

And California Senator Dianne Feinstein is set to run for re-election next year. She will face tough re-election competition from a conservative contender, state Attorney General Xavier Becerra.

Finally, final results from the midterm elections also show Republicans in control of the U.S. Senate and in some cases, increasing their majority. So what’s next?

Senator Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, says a Republican Senate will change how U.S. health care is governed.

A Republican will be in the White House, a Republican will be at the helm of the Senate…those are big wins.
